The CORE Program

CORE is an innovative program meant to be an alternative to long-term residential treatment for adolescents between the ages of 13 and 21. The extended-stay program focuses on developing practical life skills and strategies for successful community living.

CORE helps youth identify and express their feelings as they learn appropriate coping behaviors. CORE incorporates a variety of treatment methodologies to help eliminate destructive behaviors and cultivate positive relationships including:

  • Group and individualized treatment plans
  • Psycho-social assessment and treatment
  • Classroom educational services
  • Remediation
