PIW’s Youth Program specializes in the evaluation and intensive treatment of children ages 10 through 17 who suffer from developmental and/or psychiatric illnesses. Each child has an individualized treatment plan designed for him or her which includes medical, psychological, developmental, educational, social and family assessments. The Day Center is PIW’s home for specialized care of trauma and stress-related disorders. The Day Center offers short-term directed treatment for adults who exhibit acute symptoms associated with post-traumatic and dissociative disorders and other trauma-based conditions.
